Coach Doug wants to get everyone out at Monday and Wednesday training. Monday’s have been pretty low in terms of numbers and it makes it hard to work on the team structure and positions when there aren’t many guys out. Please make the effort. (note that there won’t be any Monday training over long weekend Feb 11th).
There will be food served in the Lounge after training on Wednesdays, so make sure to come back for a beer or Gatorade and a feed.
If you know of any guys interested in coming for a run then get them out to training. We need some backs especially. As you can see from the picture below, we had 15 forwards and one back for the pre-season game in Port Alberni.
