Scribes will be field two teams this weekend when we travel to Capilano. We will be playing against Capilano B in the League competition at 11.30am and then will be having an exhibition game at 1pm.

All players are asked to meet at the field at 10.30am or at the old clubhouse at 10am. I hope everyone can make it out to the games and make sure you bring your boots as everyone will get a game.

After we get back from Capilano, there will be a Kangaroo court session at the Lounge for fines from the 1st half of the season. We will be also showing the 6 nations games from earlier in the day.France v Italy & Scotland v England.

Superbowl Sunday

As you know the superbowl is on Sunday, the game starts at 3.30pm so the Lounge will be open at 3pm. All the usual superbowl banter will be going on…. All welcome. We will also show the Ireland v’s Wales game from the 6 nations.

Tracksuits
We will be getting new tracksuits shortly. they will cost $90 each. If you would like one, please let me know ASAP and make the payment. I will be collecting money this weekend. You must pay for the tracksuit in advance as they will have your name on it.

Juniors
Our junior program will be starting up shortly. We will be looking for people to help out over the next few months. Please let Prasad know if you are interested in helping out.

Membership Dues
If you haven’t paid your dues, please do so as soon as possible. You can pay by cash, cheque or by email (talk to Marcus).
Training
Trainings will continue every Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6.30pm at Trout Lake all weather field. Showers & changing facilities are available in the Community Centre. As usual the Lounge will be open after trainings on Wednesday.
