Home Game

After a 17 – 10 loss to Capilano last weekend, the Scribes still have a lot to keep their head about. We saw 30 players take the field in both the league and exhibition games. There were a few guys that got to play their first game as a Scribe on Saturday.

This Saturday we are hosting SFU at Trout Lake.  Kickoff is at 1pm. All players are asked to be at the field by noon. After the game, there will be shower facilities available in the new Trout Lake Community Centre. Of course, the Lounge will be open for food and beverages after the game. We would like to see all the players and supporters to come back to the Lounge. Hopefully Oli will have the video of the game and we will be able to relive the game….

Please check your emails & website on Friday if there is any change to the time or location of the game due to weather conditions.

Tracksuits

The order for the tracksuits will be going in next Thursday. Anyone that wants to get a tracksuit must pay for it before hand. Check out the link below. Tracksuits cost $90. If we can get sponsorship, the price will come down and you will get refunded.

Registration & Dues

All players must be registered and have paid their dues. Payment plans are available. The coaches are now factoring this into the player selections at the weekends. Full dues are $250. Please see Marcus about setting up a payment plan.

 Insurance

All players should ensure that they have adequate insurance to play rugby.  The insurance covered by your dues covers catastrophic injuries and is mandatory.  Top up insurance is available through Rugby Canada. Visit rugbycanada.ca for more details.

Gaelic Football 7 a side Tournament
