Another great win last week against SFU RFC (27-22). We started slow but came back well to win the game.

Next up is Capilanos (A) RFC at their field at Klahanie Park–over the bridge in North Van.(Google Maps: http://goo.gl/LEfmA7).

Kick off is at 11.30am. Be at the rugby field by 10.30am. Meet at the Lounge by 9.30am if you need a lift. Drivers please swing by to pick up some guys.

Training: Whoever has a training ball please bring it along to training so we don’t end up without a ball again.

Club help: There is a lot of things to do around the club. Some guys help out and others do nothing. Please step up and ask what you can help with. This is your club.
