This week we take on the Brit Lions who are down to one team this year. This could be another tough game.
Plan is meet at club for 11.00am or at the field (John Oliver Park) for 12.00pm. Kick-off at 1.00pm.

A bit of sad news:
A former Scribe has passed away…Mike Stroud played for the club in 1991 and 1992.

His ex-wife sent along a note and was looking to see if we had any photos in action for the club.

“Usually anyone he made friends with would not forget him, as he smiled, laughed and joked around most of the time.
I have attached a photo of him from that time period to refresh anyone that can’t quit place him. Mike & went to the scribes Halloween bash as Calvin & Hobbs. He also drove a beat up old baby blue Camaro.
He still played for the club while I was off in Regina for RCMP training. Maybe these few extra bits might help some of the guys remember him.” – Sonja Stroud
