Scribes Women win 35-7 over Rowers

This week #2 performance was nearly identical to the effort turned in by Scribes in week #1: strong contributions by everyone, solid play by newcomers, plenty of offense and few mistakes on defense.

Scribes’ second consecutive bonus-point victory moves the team to the top of the league table, with a matchup against Brit Lions (1-0) on the schedule for next Saturday.

Scribes Men concede in Kamloops

The men’s team traveled with an undermanned team to Kamloops. The points were already awarded to Kamloops, before we hit the road. The highlights on the field were quickly eroded by the social activities after the game. The official score was 20-0 for Kamloops, but Scribes took an early lead the full team boat race.

Scribes (0-2) will hope to improve on home turf, as they host Brit Lions (0-1) next Saturday.
