There is plenty of action this weekend, with all teams playing. We will see our oldest and youngest members and everyone in between playing.

Seniors:
Tomorrow, the seniors are hosting Ridge Meadows at Gordon Park.
Gordon Park is on 49th between Knight St. and Victoria St. Click here for a map of Gordon Park.
Kick off is at 1pm and all players are asked to be at the field before 11.30am. For those who wish to meet at the clubhouse be there by 11.45am. After the game we will be hosting Ridge Meadows heading back to our club Lounge on Commercial and 6th for post game beverages and dinner. All players are asked to wear their Scribes t-shirts / golf shirts.

Juniors:
The Under 15’s & 17’s are traveling to Capilano’s at Klahanie Park in North Van. on Sunday morning. Both games kick off at 11.15am. The players are meeting at Windemere Secondary at 9.30am. About 12 players need a lift to the game, if you are able to help please let me know. This is a big game for these guys, in the last game against the Lomas the U15 won by a big score, but the U17 lost by a narrow score. How nice would it be to beat the bigger clubs…..

East Side Gents (over 40s ish):
The Gents host the Snow Caps & Greyhounds at Gordon Park on Sunday at 1pm. Anyone that is interested in playing, please just come along to the game or talk to Cranny on Saturday. After the game the Lounge will be open once again.

We have opted to use Gordon park again this weekend because there are changing rooms and showers available as Trout Lake Community centre is under constuction; the field is in better condition & the farmers market is on Saturdays so it is difficult to get parking anywhere near the field.
