Thanks to the 17 guys that went to Kelowna last weekend. Dave Page was happy to come out of retirement and is now talking about coming back to playing proper rugby on a weekly basis…. We were unlucky to lose 20-18, even when Devan “the try scoring machine” scored two tries. Hairy Mike scored one with a backs move performed by forwards. Josh took over kicking duties and kicked one penalty.

Brit Lions v’s Scribes RFC
This weekend we are going to Delta to play the Brit Lions at John Oliver Park. Kick is going to be at 11.30am. All players are asked to be at the field ready for warm up by 10.30am. the field is located at: http://goo.gl/6RSN8
For those interested in car pooling, we are meeting at the old clubhouse at 9.15am. it located it at 2954 Commercial Drive, the corner of 14th and Commercial.

Rugby training continues every Monday and Wednesday at 6.30pm at the all weather field at Trout Lake. Changing and shower facilities are available in the Community Centre before and after training sessions.
