We’re moving on up, on the East Side. The men of Scribes Rugby Football Club are keen to kick off the New Year, and with it will come Division 2 rugby!

Beginning in January, 2017, Scribes Men will be taking advantage of a new BC Rugby Union structure which allows clubs with fewer than two teams to compete in Division 2. This will mean facing off against several opponents who have not visited East Vancouver in many years, including United RC, Richmond RC and Bayside RFC.

Also moving into Division 2 are familiar foes Kelowna, Kamloops and Meraloma.

The Spring 2017 schedule will consist of nine matches for Scribes, with province-wide Division 2 playoffs to follow. Club Finals are slated to take place in Abbotsford on May 6th.
