July – August is tag rugby season. This is a good option for new player to learn basic rugby skills:  run – catch – pass. For more experienced players, it’s a great way to maintain skills and keep fit. We play every Wednesday evening at 6.30pm at Trout Lake rugby field, which is located in the North East corner of John Hendry Park.
September – November is Men’s and Women’s rugby season. Training takes place on Monday and Wednesday evenings, with games on Saturdays.
September – November is also Mini rugby season. Training and games take place on Sunday mornings, starting at 10:00am.
January – May is when our Men’s, Women’s and Minis Teams return from the winter break to chase top honors in the BC Rugby club championships.
