The Scribes RFC of East Vancouver ONCE AGAIN invite you to a weekend of camping, rugby, fun and shenanigans in Canada’s smallest city Greenwood BC in beautiful Boundary Country August 8-10th. Click here for Google Maps location.

2 days and 2 nights of fun in the sun in Historic Greenwood BC. For 2 days rugby is KING in Canada’s smallest city! Sun, fun and Beverages! Teams from BC, the US and elsewhere, will play and party for honours in a “not so serious” rugby tournament. Camping for clubs across from the field. Rugby. Parties. Sun. Food.
Schedule:
Friday night – settle in to the campground adjacent to the field then head up to the farm for the first nights festivities – Bon fire, music and Beer!.
Saturday – Games Kickoff at 11am in a round robin style tournament! Team Challenge boat races commence after last game of the day! Party at the campground Saturday night with live music.
Sunday – Sunday- FUNDAY!! and recovery. Head to the Lake for a swim, sail, beers and chilling in the sun! Bonfire and party at the farm with whats left of the beer Sunday night for those heading home Monday.
Monday – GO HOME! Recovery Day, Concession will be open for breakfast. Camp broken up and Teams go home… UNTIL NEXT YEAR!!
There will be shower facilities open 1 block away from the pitch on Saturday and Sunday till 8pM Â at the city pool.

Registration:
Early Registration Saves $50 per team. Â Register by July 15th for early registration.

150 FREE !! $50 for “all you can… camp” pass - Old Boy’s Rugby $150.  $50 for “all you can… camp” pass

Camping:
there is plenty of room to camp at the park or around the pitch… there are many motel options within walking distance for any that wish to stay in a motel instead. There are also plenty of camper/RV friendly sites at the pitch for those of you travelling all fancy-like!
Limited number of players bringing families (wives and children) looking for a little quieter place to camp for the weekend outside of the the main camp, can contact Oliver Glaser at:oliver.newsreel@gmail.com to camp at the farm (only 10 minutes away from the pitch.
Food and B**r (not legally allowed to say what we are drinking publicly…)!!!
You are encouraged to bring a team BBQ’s and food, but there will be food available at the venue and in town at the pub and restaurants. There will be a concession and food venders at the pitch.
